Does VoiceLlama replace voicemail?
VoiceLlama can collect a caller’s message through a conversation instead of a traditional voicemail greeting. It gathers details for human review; it does not guarantee that the requested appointment or other action has been completed.
Will I get a summary or transcript?
VoiceLlama provides available summaries, transcripts and captured caller details for review in your account. Email recaps depend on your notification configuration. AI-generated summaries can contain mistakes, so review important details.
Can VoiceLlama book appointments or send SMS?
Live calendar booking and CRM sync are not generally available. SMS is currently limited to development testing and requires consent and compliance steps before enablement. Do not treat a demo or a plan feature list as confirmation that these actions are live.
Does VoiceLlama support website voice or outbound calls?
Website voice experiences are a separate capability from phone answering. Outbound calling is a limited beta. Availability and setup vary; contact the team to confirm access and requirements rather than assuming these capabilities are enabled.
